Road traffic accident with a foreign vehicle or road traffic accident abroad

Marins is a Green Card correspondent and a representative under the Fourth Motor Insurance Directive for a number of European and foreign insurers.

In the event that you are involved in a road traffic accident and have a claim against one of the insurers we represent, please download our MTPL Claim Аpplication Form, fill it out, and attach the required documents by following the instructions on its last page. Request a repair quote from a workshop and add it to the enclosures, unless you prefer to be compensated based on an expert evaluation.

For superficial damages and damages that do not affect more than 3-4 vehicle parts, we do not organize a physical inspection. Please send us your photos, but ensure the damaged parts are cleaned beforehand if they are dirty. At our discretion, we may still decide that an inspection is necessary.
